6 Days Adventure Camping Safaris

Full Itinerary

Day 0:
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Pick up by Wipa safaris

Day 1:

Drive to Tarangire National Park famous for its Baobab trees and large herds of Elephants.
Game Driving until dusk. We camp just inside the park, and to go to sleep listening to the sounds of the African night. BLD

Accommodations:

Luxury: Crater Lodge, Sopa Lodge and Serena Lodge

Mid-range: Rhino Lodge, Wildlife Lodge

Budget: Lilac Campsite & Panorama

Day 2:

Lake Manyara National Park at the bottom of the western wall of the spectacular Great Rift Valley for a Game Drive before camping. BLD
Day 3:
• Serengeti National Park is our destination today.
• The most famous of all wildlife sanctuary’s in Africa! And home to the largest migration of wildlife in Africa.  We enter and Game Drive our way to camp near Seronera River inside the park.  BLD

Day 4:

A full day at Serengeti National Park game Driving with over 14.000 square km’s to explore in our search for the best that nature has to offer. BLD
Option of Balloon Safari

Day 5:

In the Serengeti National Park we rise at dawn, taking a tip from the wildlife that use this time to hunt,  PM: En-route to Ngorongoro Crater.
Tonight we camp at 2.300m on the rim of the crater. It can be chilly! BLD

Day 6:

Ngorongoro Crater, a world heritage, site •We spend the maximum of six hours allowed game driving in this the worlds largest Caldera (collapsed volcano) • among the circa 30,000 resident animals. BLD

Accommodation

Mid-range: Rhino Lodge, Wildlife Lodge

Budget Camping: Simba Campsite

Day 7:

Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for those returning home. For those taking one of our Zanzibar extension.

  • Night Game Drive Tarangire and Lake Manyara (USD 120 Per person)

Inclusion

Exclusion

  • International and Domestic flights
  • Additional accommodations before and after the end of the tour (for example, if trip starts on a Monday morning but you arrive on Sunday nights, you must pay for accommodation and meals for that Sunday. We can arrange for such accommodations on your behalf for an additional cost. The same also applies for additional accommodations and meals after the trip has ended.
  • Tips (tipping guideline is approx. $20.00 pp per day)
  • Personal items (Visa, travel insurance, souvenirs, etc.)
  • Additional requested services not mentioned in the program
  • Travel insurance and medical repatriation
  • Items of a personal nature
  • Any additional beverage or food outside of the included meal plans
  • Optional tour activities (Hot air balloon flights, Masai Village Experience, etc.)
